MyTrainingDiary Ltd (the owners and operators of mytrainingdiary.org) take child protection very seriously. Every step has been taken to ensure that any minor using the site will have their identity protected and will not be contacted by anybody other than the site administrators and the coaching team that are helping them.
The site is designed to aide goal setting, planning and communication between an athlete, the athlete’s parents (if athlete is a minor), and the athlete’s coaching team. It is a clear breach of the site’s terms and conditions if any user allows access to a athlete’s individual area to anyone beyond this immediate team and anyone doing so will be removed from the site immediately. THE SITE IS NOT A NETWORKING TYPE SITE FOR COMMUNICATION BETWEEN ATHLETES AND/OR COACHES.
No user’s details will be passed on to any third party. MyTrainingDiary Ltd will contact users registered on the site with news and occasional offers.
An athlete, their parents (if athlete is a minor), and the coaching team around the athlete can communicate via the site. However, any communication that breaches the site’s usage policy will not be accepted and the user will be barred from using the site immediately and indefinitely.
Parents and Guardians must be aware that MyTrainingDiary Ltd do not monitor the mytrainingdiary site and its user areas. As such we strongly recommend that parents and guardians check their children’s usage of the site on a regular basis to ensure good practice.
For full details of acceptable and unacceptable usage please see the site terms and conditions.
Children or their parents/guardians can report any unacceptable/inappropriate activity on the site by emailing [email protected]
