7. A coach may wish to share details about a player to wider coaching team. This can only be done with the express permission of the player and if the player is Under 18 the player’s parents/guardian. This must stop short of sharing username and password information with the wider coaching team.
8. We will retain your personal data only as long as is necessary for the purposes to which you consent under the mytrainingdiary Agreement and this Privacy Policy, or as is required by applicable law, and then we will delete it.
